IBAO 2019 is just a few weeks away!
Last year, over 2700 insurance professionals met in Niagara Falls to ‘Feed the Fire’ – through networking, educational sessions and discussions about what was happening in the insurance industry. And maybe just a little bit of fun too.
It was our first IBAO and we came away extremely impressed. We felt very positive about the direction the industry was taking. There was more discussion about investing to meet changing customer expectations and looking at ways digital could improve connecting with prospects and customers. And most importantly, a growing recognition that digital transformation didn’t mean abandoning everything a business stands for, but looking for ways to optimize for efficiency and profitability.
The Goose team is back this year and looking forward to being ‘Stronger Together’. We are excited to connect with our many customers and partners who will be in Toronto Oct 23-24 to discuss this years hot topics, as the insurance industry continues to move forward.
This year, we will also have the opportunity to celebrate the best in the industry at the Awards of Excellence Gala as a sponsor, and present the award for Brokerage of the Year (over 10 licensed brokers).
