Goose Digital Celebrates Their 10 Year Anniversary

A Note From Our CEO, Michael Turcsanyi:

This past Friday, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary. For those who were there, thank you for making it such a memorable night. For those who couldn’t make it, and for our incredible team overseas who will be celebrating in December—I wanted to share a few thoughts with you all as we mark this milestone.

When I look back on the last decade, I realize that Goose Digital is the longest single run I have had in any company in my career. I know that is true for many of you as well. That shared history is something I cherish more than the revenue or the awards.

Why We Started

I’ve been thinking a lot about why I started this company. Throughout my career, my passion has never been about “digital marketing”—it has been solving problems.

Coming from a background in heavy tech and SaaS at OrderDynamics, the focus was always on the code. When I started Goose Digital, I wanted to flip that script. I wanted the emphasis to be on the people. I believed that if we combined technology with people who genuinely care about helping others succeed, we could build something special.

Growing Together

And that is exactly what we have done. We have built a culture of growth where people step up to challenges they’ve never faced before. We have seen teammates leave to try new things and “boomerang” back to the nest. We didn’t grow because of me; we grew because we learned to fly as a flock.

But life isn’t just what happens between 9 to 5.

Over the last decade, we have grown up together. We’ve watched teammates move countries, get married, buy homes, and welcome children into the Goose family. We have also supported each other through personal losses and global shifts like the pandemic. Whatever happened, we worked through it as a team.

Looking Ahead

Now, we look toward the future. We face a shifting economy and an AI revolution that will change how we work. But I am not worried. We are problem-solvers. We have proven that we don’t just survive change—we adapt and thrive.

To our team here and abroad: Thank you for your hard work, your resilience, and your trust. I want you to build your best possible career here, and I look forward to the next decade of growth and innovation together.
