There is a lot of discussion in the insurance industry today around digital marketing and marketing technology, but there is also a lack of understanding of how to successfully implement these initiatives. Over the last few years, several small to mid sized brokerages have begun to recognize that a specific skill set is needed to make these critical changes successful – giving rise to the addition of a marketer at the broker’s leadership table.
