Update from Goose re: COVID-19
An Update from your Digital Marketing Partner
As a Customer of Goose Digital, we wanted to update you on our COVID-19 action plan. First and foremost, we wish your team and families the very best during this time. Secondly, we remain completely open for business (albeit virtually) with no interruptions to our Client’s services. Our business systems have been designed to fully enable our staff to securely work and collaborate from virtually any location.
Goose Digital has already taken internal steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees and to avoid any service impact to our Clients marketing programs. To review that communication, click here. As of last March 13th, 2020, all of our staff started working from home and we’re holding all meetings via telephone and video conferencing.
Many of our Customers are in the process of figuring out how to handle their communication strategies over the next few weeks. We remain agile to adjust their planned campaigns and activities as needed and on-the-fly.
We are also making available to our Customers, starting today, no charge additional support from our in-house marketing strategists. We’re also working actively and on behalf of our clients with the marketing automation platforms that we support to increase their Active Contact licensing so they can reach their entire audience.
Since we’ve been helping deploy several COVID-19 communications, we wanted to make our senior staff are available to review your communications strategy. If you need that additional support, please contact your account lead and we’ll get that organized.
