At Goose Digital, company culture has been important to us since day one. And that’s why we take employee feedback seriously!  Since our inception in 2015, we’ve focused on building employee loyalty, trust, and retention by creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all of our staff, and we’re thrilled that, in light of today’s announcement, our roster of employees feels just as we do!

The 2023-2024 calendar year has been a whirlwind for us, with many positive changes and opportunities coming to pass. Our customer-facing account services team has grown in both size and talent over the past twelve months, and our operational layer has continued to improve and transform the way in which we deliver on our promise to our clients. The “Goose Way” of doing things has clearly been the right approach as we reached a new milestone of 300+ customers served as of May 2024!

With our transformation in the GTA to a remote environment in response to team feedback, we’re doubling down on our efforts to create the type of workplace we can all be proud of. Through in-person quarterly updates, regular training and workshop sessions, and a myriad of team building events across several cities, we’re thrilled to step into a new phase for Goose Digital and are proud to once again be certified as a Great Place to Work. We’re looking forward to ranking high again this year and are excited to continue our pace of growth into 2025!
