That’s a Wrap on BMA Ignite 2025!

We’ve just returned from another incredible week at the CAA Insurance Broker Marketing Academy, and once again, we’re leaving inspired, energized, and thankful to be part of this one-of-a-kind experience.
Hosted by CAA Insurance, the BMA Ignite 2025 event brought together an exclusive group of forward-thinking broker partners for a week of immersive marketing education, collaboration, and creativity. From foundational strategy to final campaign presentations, this academy-style format challenges participants to explore audience personas, customer journeys, marketing tactics, and campaign execution—layer by layer.
Guiding Brokers Through Modern Marketing
Goose Digital was proud to return as a founding facilitator, with Jennifer Pugsley and Michael Turcsanyi leading sessions on Audience Personas and Customer Journey Mapping, as well as hosting the Marketing Automation booth in the Tactics Market.
Throughout the week, we worked alongside an amazing group of creative brokers who brought unique perspectives on the industry and pushed their thinking. The final presentations on Friday were a testament to the talent and dedication of each team—they were smart, innovative, and full of personality.
Learning, Sharing, and Growing—Together
One of the highlights of BMA Ignite is the collaborative environment it fosters. We were honoured to work alongside CAA Insurance leadership, fellow facilitators, and marketing subject matter experts to blend modern digital strategies with time-tested marketing fundamentals. Whether it was learning from each other’s experiences or testing new ideas in the Tactics Market, there was something valuable in every interaction.
And of course, no BMA experience would be complete without a bit of fun. The 80s-themed Murder Mystery Dinner was a huge hit—and a perfect way to wrap up a busy and productive week.
